The extrusion dough mixer has the advantages that a mixture of wheat flour and water enters the screw conveyor for rotation stirring after homogenized by the feeding homogenizing box, the wheat flour is subjected to an extrusion process due to the fact that the screw pitches of the mixing blades decrease, therefore the quality of finished products is high, dough making quality is improved greatly, and various raw materials can be adapted to the extrusion dough mixer.
