The internal combustion fork truck canopy guard damping device is mounted between a canopy guard and a vehicle frame, wherein the damping device comprises an installation plate, a limiting block, and a shock pad. The shock pad is made of rubber, and the limiting bloc and the installation plate are respectively fixed and glued above and below the shock pad. Four damping devices are added between the canopy guard and the vehicle frame, and the original screw bolt rigid connection between the canopy guard and the vehicle frame is replaced with damping device suspension connection.
