Summary: | The utility model relates to pipeline distribution of an SF6 gas recycling device. A recycling pipeline, a gas charging pipeline and a vacuumizing pipeline of the device are distributed as three independent rigid pipelines. When SF6 gas insulating electric equipment (2) is respectively connected with one-way joints (2) on different pipelines, the recycle, charging and vacuumization operations of the SF6 gas can be finished by just starting a compressor (6) or a vacuum pump (10); furthermore, one externally connected rubber pipe (11) is used for connecting the recycling pipeline with the gas charging pipeline in series; the rest SF6 gas in an SF6 gas steel bottle (7) can be used out by starting the compressor (6); two externally connected rubber pipelines (11) are used for connecting the three independent rigid pipelines in series; and the own pipeline of the SF6 gas recycling device can be vacuumized by just starting the vacuum pump (10) and the compressor (6) in sequence.
