An outer side of the voltmeter is in parallel connection with the ammeter and the current output end terminal post which are in series connection. The voltage input port is connected with a 220V mains supply. The voltage input port is connected with a voltage stabilizer through a conducting wire. The voltmeter is in series connection with a voltage dropping resistor and a small bulb which are in mutual parallel connection and is connected to two ends of the voltage stabilizer. The novel nickel-hydrogen battery charger has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use, guarantee of battery quality and charging speed, facilitation of market promotion and satisfaction of development requirements.
