The lifesaving handle is characterized in that the outer shell (1) and the handle (4) form a hollow shell body, and the steel wire rope (2) and the spring sheet which can enable the steel wire rope (2) to recover under the condition that no external force exists are arranged inside the hollow shell body. Because of the special design of the lifesaving handle, the process of tying the rope is saved. Therefore, not only is more escape time obtained during an escape process, but also secondary hurt due to the fact that a rope knot is unreasonable is avoided.
