The cold-shrink power cable terminal is characterized in that a cable (1) is connected with a cold-shrink fingerstall (2); the cold-shrink fingerstall (2) has multiple fingers (3), wherein each finger is connected with one end of a cold-shrink terminal (4), and a binding post (5) is connected with the other end of the cold-shrink terminal (4); a cold-shrink sealing pipe (6) wraps the connection position of the binding post and the cold-shrink terminal, wherein a waterproof adhesive tape layer (8) is covered between the cold-shrink sealing pipe (6) and the binding post; and cold-shrink rain skirts (7) are moulded individually and then sleeved on the cold-shrink terminal (4), wherein the length of the cold-shrink terminal (4) is 400-600mm.
