The PET substrate comprises a PET base layer (1), a transparent pre-coating layer (2) and a transparent hardened layer (3) which are sequentially coated and connected with one another, wherein the refractive index of the pre-coating layer ranges from 1.46 to 1.75; the refractive index of the hardened layer ranges from 1.6 to 1.75; the hardened layer is made from acrylic; and the pre-coating layer is made from polyester, acrylic or acrylic acid.
