Summary:A six-phase half-wave rectifying circuit of a brushless exciter comprises three-phase exciting windings. The number of turns of the three-phase exciting windings is one time of that in the prior art, a tap is arranged in the middle of each three-phase exciting winding, the three taps are led out after being in short circuit to be used as the cathode of an exciting circuit, leading-out heads at two ends of the three-phase exciting winding are respectively connected with the cathode ends of six rectifying diodes, the anode ends of the six rectifying diodes are communicated through leads to be used as the anode of the exciting circuit, and the six rectifying diodes are installed on a metal radiator which is conductive entirely and only insulates against a rotating shaft to form the six-phase half-wave rectifying circuit. The six-phase half-wave rectifying circuit of the brushless exciter changes the situation that the radiator needs to insulate against the rotating shaft and also needs to insulate against the ot
