A cooling channel is arranged in the flat plate body, and a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet of the cooling channel are respectively communicated with the water inlet connection pipe and the water outlet connection pipe. A plurality of baffles are arranged on the upper surface of the flat plate body which are in a sawtooth shape. Flow passageways are formed between adjacent baffles, and filter meshes are arranged between adjacent baffles. The sawtooth-shaped copper water jacket is simple in structure, and reasonable in design, increases heat dissipation performance through design of the sawtooth shape, meanwhile, increases decontamination capability through the design of the filter meshes.
