The saddle seats (1) are arranged on the sliding rails (4), and a side of the saddle seats (1) is fixedly connected with an output end of the servocylinder (3). While a steel coil of is conveyed to the movable jack horse, the movable jack horse can work out an actual offset of the steel coil through automatic detection, then the movable jack horse moves an offset through the control of a hydraulic and electric system, and then the movable jack horse accepts and conveys the coil. Therefore, a central position degree of the steel coil on the movable jack horse is guaranteed, so that a walking beam can accept and convey the coil successfully.
