The casing gas collecting device is simple in construction and meets the technical requirements of safety production of oilfields, the casing gas collecting device is used in normal rod pumped wells or electric submersible pump wells and installed between a Christmas tree delivery valve and an oil conveying pipeline, the gas suction pipeline is connected with a casing valve, additional devices are not required, casing gases can be effectively collected, environment pollution and resource waste are reduced, and oil liquids in the oil conveying pipelines can not flow back to a casing after oil wells stop pumping oil.
