The portable bag sealing machine is characterized in that a main shaft is an integral structure, and a long shaft, a round disc and an eccentric shaft are arranged on the main shaft in sequence. The center lines of the long shaft and the eccentric shaft are not in the same straight line and are arranged in eccentric mode. A gear disc is fixedly arranged on the end portion of the main shaft. A tooth frame sliding block is arranged on the end portion of the eccentric shaft in sleeved mode.
