The graded energy utilization system has the advantages that owing to a multi-stage energy utilization mode, shortcomings of high power consumption and production cost and low energy utilization efficiency during common cement production are overcome, waster-heat utilization is further integrated in terms of energy utilization, and the integral energy utilization efficiency is greatly improved.
