The utility model provides a crustal movement monitor. A main body of the crustal movement monitor comprises an observation cylinder (2), observation datum lines (1) and an optical filter (3). A bracket supports the main body of the monitor. The observation cylinder (2) is a circular cylinder or an equilateral multi-edge cylinder. Two ends of the observation cylinder (2) are equipped with the observation datum lines (1) with length scale marks. The observation datum lines (1) are two intersecting straight lines or vertical lines. The intersecting points are a front observation datum point (4) and a back observation datum point (5). The two observation datum points are located on an axial line of the observation cylinder (2). The planes where the two observation datum lines are positioned are respectively perpendicular to the axial line of the observation cylinder (2).
