An oil lubrication oil-pumping device comprises lubrication oil, a hollow pumping rod, an oil tube, a communicated connector, a plunger and a pump cylinder. The oil lubrication oil-pumping device is characterized in that the hollow pumping rod, the communicated connector and the plunger are connected in sequence. The lower portion of the oil tube is connected with the pump cylinder. The hollow pumping rod is arranged in the oil tube. The plunger is arranged in the pump cylinder. The lubrication oil is injected into an annular space between the hollow pumping rod and the oil tube. Working medium between the hollow pumping rod and the oil tube is the lubrication oil which has a lubricating function, has no corrosiveness, and improves the lubrication condition between the hollow pumping rod and the oil tube in the process of pumping oil. Consequently, abrasions between the pumping rod and the oil tube are greatly reduced, so the abrasions between the pumping rod and the oil tube are not a reason which causes a p
