Provided is an oil well scale sinking device. The lower portion of a partition rod is installed in an inserting hole of a sleeve. A scale scraping collecting cylinder is arranged on the sleeve in sleeved mode. The lower end face of the scale scraping collecting cylinder is arranged on the shoulder of the sleeve. A connecting rod penetrates through the sleeve to enable a liquid flowing cavity and a scale collecting cavity to be formed in the scale scraping collecting cylinder. The sleeve is sleeved on the connecting rod. The upper portion of the partition rod is inserted into a positioning hole in the sleeve. A convex tooth seat of the sleeve is on the upper end face of the scale scraping collecting cylinder. Internal threads of a back cap are connected with external threads on the upper portion of the connecting rod. The sleeve is disposed below the back cap.
