The tubular column comprises a guide taper, a tail pipe, a moving barrel pump, a thickened oil pipe, a tubing nipple and an oil pipe suspensor, wherein the tubing nipple is in threaded connection with the lower end of the oil pipe suspensor; the thickened oil pipe is in threaded connection with the lower end of the tubing nipple; the moving barrel pump is connected with the lower end of the thickened oil pipe; and the guide taper is connected with the lower end of the tail pipe. The outer diameter of the moving barrel pump is within 38-70mm; the depth of the moving barrel pump stretching downwards is 1800-2300m; the outer diameter of the tail pipe is 73mm; and the outer diameter of the guide taper is 73mm.
