Summary:The utility model discloses a locating and molding fixture for an oil sump sealing piece. The locating and molding fixture comprises a molding locating plate (10) and a plurality of locating columns (11), wherein the locating columns (11) are arranged on the molding locating plate (10); and the locating columns (11) correspond to machine mounting or locating holes (22) in the oil sump sealing piece (20) in position and shape. The heights of the locating columns (11) protruding out of the molding locating plate (10) are more than the thicknesses of the machine mounting or locating holes (22). Therefore, the accuracies of relative positions of the machine mounting or locating holes are guaranteed; meanwhile, the loss of a plastic framework rubber piece caused by product dislocation during mounting a machine is also eliminated.
