The resistance wire heating pipe of the electric heating element is '-'-shaped, and the power wire goes out of two ends of the resistance wire heating pipe, so that the heat dissipation effect is good, and the service life of the electric heating element is prolonged; and the anti-toppling switch can prevent a power supply from being automatically cut off to stop continuous heating of the electric heating element after the electric warmer topples, so that safety of th
