A spindle is arranged in the transmission shaft in a penetrating mode, one end of the spindle is installed in the cavity of the transmission shaft through a bearing, and the other end of the spindle is connected with the box body through a spline. A lining is arranged between the spindle and the spline, and a safety pin is sleeved outside the spline and fixedly connected with the box body. By means of the fact that the spline is arranged at the other end of the spindle, and the lining is sleeved outside the spline, the spindle is stable and firm, and the problem of easy abrasion of the spindle is solved. Therefore, stable clearance between a pressing wheel and a ring die is ensured, and the purpose of improving production quality is achieved.
