According to the positioning device for accurately positioning the fuel rod replacement tool on the drawn fuel rods, by adjusting the different installation directions of the positioning plate, the fuel rod replacement tool is accurately positioned on the drawn fuel rods, so that the aim of positioning accurately is achieved.
