The utility model discloses an anti-toppling device for manufacturing H-shaped steel. The anti-toppling device comprises a left scaffold and a right scaffold in notches which are fixedly formed at two ends of the H-shaped steel, wherein a rotating shaft is fixed between the left scaffold and the right scaffold at the two ends of the H-shaped steel respectively; a plurality of fixed plates are movably hinged to the rotating shaft; locking bolts are screwed on the fixed plates; and the ends of the locking bolts are pressed against a lower wing plate of the H-shaped steel. The lower wing plate of the H-shaped steel is fixed on a rack by the locking bolts; the H-shaped steel can be fixed by repeatedly using the locking bolts; and therefore, a phenomenon that the H-shaped steel is easy to topple is avoided effectively, and the manufacturing efficiency of the H-shaped steel is improved.
