An assembly frame is equipped with an overburden press wheel assembly, a furrow opener, a sorting wheel axle, a seedling storage device and a driving ground wheel. A sorting wheel and a driven bevel gear of the sorting wheel are fixedly installed on the sorting wheel axle. A left driven planting wheel axle and a right driven planting wheel axle are arranged on the upper portion at the back side of the assembly frame. A left driving planting wheel axle and a right driving planting wheel axle are installed on the upper portion at the front side of the assembly frame. Left and right planting belts are respectively sleeved on a left driving planting wheel and a right driving planting wheel. A transmission system connects the driving ground wheel with the sorting wheel and the left and right planting belts.
