An upper beam is welded and fixed respectively at the tops of two vertical brackets which are parallel to each other. A suspension plate is a steel plate which is bent in a groove shape. The suspension plate is fixed on the lower plane of the upper beam. A limiting rod is fixed at the lower part of the suspension plate. A sliding wheel shaft penetrates through transverse fixed holes on the two vertical brackets and is fixed between the two vertical brackets through a nut. A fixed pulley is connected on the sliding wheel shaft. The lower end of the limiting rod is opposite to a steel wire rope slot of the crown block.
