In comparison of the traditional stamping parts, the foam material has reduced weight and the weight of the whole air-conditioning device is further reduced. Moreover, the foam material has a certain function of heat preservation and dew-congealing prevention, so that no additional sponge needs to be attached outside the machine housing, and the more attractive appearance of the machine unit is guaranteed while the production efficiency is improved.
