Summary:The utility model discloses an air-sealed special threaded oil pipe joint applicable to a high-pressure oil gas well, which consists of an external nipple (1) and an internal nipple (2), wherein the front end of the screw thread of the external nipple (1) thereof has a cylindrical surface (3); a cylindrical hole (4) is formed on the bottom end of the screw thread of the internal nipper (2);and the cylindrical surface (3) and the cylindrical hole (4) have clearance fit with each other, thereby achieving a sealing effect. During screwing, the screwing torque of the screw thread is controlled by a large hydraulic screwing clamp; and the design saves a torque limiting step, thereby greatly reducing the machining difficulty of the special threaded oil pipe, increasing the yield in machining, and reducing the production cost.
