A medical instillation application patch comprises an adhesion strip. Dressing is arranged on the adhesion strip, the adhesion strip and the dressing are provided with overlapped protecting strips, the adhesion strip is provided with at least one adhesion strip cut, and protecting strip separating regions are arranged on the protecting strips and correspond to the adhesion strip cuts. The medical instillation application patch adopts the structure, the adhesion strip can be used by two steps and is used for fixing an instillation needle at the first step, and the region, which is protected by the protecting strip separating regions, of the adhesion strip is used for fixing an instillation tube after being torn at the second step. The medical instillation application patch is quite convenient in operation, so that each patient in instillation therapy can save at least one application patch, and the medical instillation application patch is remarkable in benefit on the base of enormous patients.
