When the sputum suction apparatus is used, the air bag is pinched and pressed so as to discharge air in a bag cavity, the suction opening is arranged in the sputum in the mouth of a patient, the pinched and pressed air bag is loosened so as to suck the sputum in the bag cavity in the recovery process, the air bag is removed from the mouth of the patient and is pinched and pressed so as to extrude the sputum from the bag cavity, then the suction opening is arranged in clean water, the air bag is pinched and loosened repeatedly, and then the bag cavity is cleaned by washing for standby. The sputum suction apparatus has a simple structure, and is easy to manufacture and convenient to use.
