An air sterilization effect evaluation system relates to a closed system stimulating the generation and sampling of microorganism aerosol, aims at solving the problem of biological safety in experiments of the microorganism aerosol and more effectively evaluating an air sterilization effect, and is characterized in that the microorganism aerosol generator is connected with an airtight cabinet provided with an air filter by a pipeline; and a sampling device forms a loop with the airtight cabinet by a pipeline. The whole system is isolated from surrounding ambient air in a biology way. The remained microorganism aerosol after passing through a sampler can not be discharged to an external environment but flows back into the airtight cabinet and is subject to sterilization processing in the cabinet after experiment. The system can be set in a BSL-1 laboratory, and can be utilized in a normal laboratory by adopting non-pathogenic microorganism aerosol, especially defect type non-pathogenic microorganism aerosol. I
