The utility model provides a connection manner that the reinforced concrete floor system and the steel beams are staggered oppositely, and because the swelling water-sealing glue is wrapped outside each metal connecting piece, the phenomenon of crack of the reinforced concrete floor system due to obvious deformation and elongation of the steel beams can be avoided.
