An application of the bayonet adapter of the screw type bulb comprises the steps of screwing the screw type bulb in the internal thread of the reducing sleeve until the intermediate contact plate and the side contact plate are in electric connection with the screw type bulb, and then locking the bayonet locks on the reducing sleeve 3 in a bayonet socket connected on an illuminating circuit. The bayonet adapter of the screw type bulb is simple in structure and easy to make and may bring convenience for daily life.
