Summary: | The utility model discloses a cancer cell purifying system based on extracorporeal circulation. The cancer cell purifying system comprises a probe pump of a probe used for providing cobalt ferrite coupling tumor specific antibodies, a blood pump used for providing circulation power, and a magnetic separator in which magnetic separating columns are arranged, wherein the probe pump, the blood pump and the magnetic separator are arranged on an extracorporeal circulating channel established on the basis of a connecting pipeline; and the magnetic separator is positioned at the back stage of the probe pump. The system can flexibly capture circulating tumor cells (CTC) in a living body and purify blood, thereby providing a brand new way for reducing the occurrence of malignant tumor metastasis. |
