The non-circular gear rack mechanism uses the design philosophy of the cam combining with the advantages of the non-circular gear transmission to apply the engaging principle extendedly on the design of the rack; the switching between rotation and rectilinear motion can be achieved with only one-stage transmission by using the mechanism; and the speed decreasing and torque increasing or speed increasing and torque decreasing can also be achieved to satisfy the special demand of the output torque under some work occasions. The non-circular gear rack mechanism is simple in structure, and has the advantage of greater bearing capability compared with the cam mechanism.
