Summary: | Provided is a nozzle for an air-float main shaft. The nozzle is a hollow revolving body. A bore at one end of the nozzle is communicated with an air passage, and a pore at the other end of the nozzle is an air jet bore. A recessed surface is processed in the middle of the end plane of the nozzle with the air jet bore. The recessed surface is 0.02mm in depth, and 3mm to 6mm in diameter. And the recessed surface forms the air chamber of the air-float main shaft. The nozzle is embedded in the inner sleeve of the shaft sleeve of the air-float main shaft, and is communicated with the air passage disposed in the shaft sleeve. After entering the nozzle via an air inlet, gas is sprayed out from the air jet bore under the effect of pressure and diffuses in the air chamber formed by the recessed surface so as to enlarge a contact area between the gas and a matching upper end plate, lower end plate and the main shaft, thereby increasing the generated air-float force and expanding the weight range of a to-be-measured obj |
