The air filtration unit is comprised of an air filter and an air inlet pipe; the quantitative unit includes a suction pipe, a transparent sleeve with a scale, a piston and a liquid outlet positioned at one side of the transparent sleeve with a scale over the bottle cap, all of that are connected together; wherein the position at the bottle cap between the suction pipe and the transparent sleeve with a scale is provided with a non return valve. Medicine taking quantity can be directly read, and can be determined at will; during the medicine taking process, medicine liquid in the bottle is not contacted with the external environment; and penetrated air is filtered, and bacteria pollution is prevented.
