The lifting feeding mechanism can conveniently control extending of the suspender by enabling the gear to drive the suspender to slide along the main beam. Therefore, not only can the suspender be moved back and forth so as to shift materials into a certain range, but also the height of the hook can be adjusted by the winch so as to adjust the height of the materials.
