A surgical inflatable pillow comprises a pillow body, and is characterized in that the pillow body consists of a head air sac and a neck air sac, a groove is disposed in the middle of the head air sac, the neck air sac is a half cylinder, the head air sac and the neck air sac are respectively provided with inflation tubes, inflation balls are disposed at the other ends of the inflation tubes, and one-way air inlet valves and release valves are arranged on the inflation balls. When surgical the inflatable pillow is used, a doctor only needs to place the surgical inflatable pillow to the lower side of the head of a patient, positions of the head and the neck of the patient can be adjusted by the aid of the surgical inflatable pillow according to needs of anesthesia surgery so that the head and the neck of the patient are lifted up or put down and keep stable, the neck air sac can be adjusted according to needs so that the head is tilted backwards to different degrees, accordingly airway obstruction caused by po
