A lower margin bolt pre-embedding sleeve positioning device comprises a sleeve bushing, a positioning disc and a clamping seat; the sleeve bushing is composed of a wood cake, a sleeve and a bushing; the positioning disc is provided with a level bubble, a centring needle and a magnet ring strip; the centring needle has a needle cap for protection; the clamping seat is composed of a clamping block, an articulation base, a spring and a handle; the disc, the sleeve and the articulation base are made of transparent plastic; the centring needle, the needle cap and the handle are made of stainless steel; the clamping block is made of rubber; the wood cake has a diameter equaled to the inner diameter of the pre-embedding sleeve, is disposed on the bed die board of a generator pedestal, and is fixed at the center point of the pre-embedding sleeve laying position; the bottom end of the pre-embedding sleeve is sleeved on the wood cake, and the top is sleeved with the bushing.
