Summary:The utility model relates to the field of fire extinguishment and discloses an automatic foam fire extinguisher. The automatic foam fire extinguisher is characterized by comprising a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), a proportioner, a water supply pipe which connected with a water inlet of the proportioner and a foam pipe which is connected with a foam inlet of the proportioner, wherein a gear pump which comprises a driving motor is arranged on the foam pipe; the driving motor is connected with a frequency converter; a foam flow sensor is arranged at the outlet of the gear pump; a water supply flow sensor is arranged on the water supply pipe; and the input end of the PLC is respectively and electrically connected with the foam flow sensor and the water supply flow sensor, while the output end of the PLC is electrically connected with a frequency control end of the frequency converter.
