A liquid outlet valve and a gas inlet valve are arranged at the top of the decontaminating liquid storage tank; the gas inlet valve is communicated with the bottle valve of the high-pressure gas storage bottle by the aid of a gas pipeline; an outlet of the liquid outlet valve is communicated with a spray gun by the aid of an injection pipeline; and an inlet of the liquid outlet valve is connected with a siphon tube placed in the decontaminating liquid storage tank.
