Summary:A hydrothermal mattress for bed heating comprises a mattress, water pipes, two heating cylinders, two electric heating elements and a temperature controlling device. The electric heating elements are controlled by the temperature controlling device to heat the two heating cylinders alternatively, water vapor or hot water recycled in the water pipes in an reciprocated manner to achieve purpose of heating. The water pipes and the two heating cylinders are made of metallic materials and communicated to form an enclosed tube cavity isolated from the outside, so that water vapor cannot diffuse in use, and the mattress is not needed to add water all along, and is convenient in use, timesaving and free from worry.
