Summary:A waste heat generating set in production of cement relates to a generating set comprising a rotary kiln, a preheater connected with the tail of the kiln and a grate cooler connected with the head of the kiln, wherein the preheater is connected with a boiler I through a pipeline; the grate cooler is connected with a boiler II through a pipeline; and a steam channel I arranged on the boiler I and a steam channel II arranged on the boiler II are respectively connected with a steam turbine generator. The generating set comprises the rotary kiln, the grate cooler arranged at the front end of the rotary kiln and the preheater arranged at the rear end of the rotary kiln, and under the reasonable arrangement of the pipeline, the waste heat in waste gas is collected to heat steam and conduct power generation. The waste heat generated in production of cement is reasonbly used for power generation, thus not only relieving damage of tail in production of cement to the environment, but also greatly improving the annual r
