The three-way diaphragm valve comprises a valve body, and a drive shaft and a drive mechanism which are installed on the valve body. A valve chamber, and a first flowing chamber and a second flowing chamber which are respectively communicated with the valve chamber are arranged in the valve body. A first fluid passage is arranged at the first flowing chamber. A valve seat is arranged in the valve chamber. A diaphragm is arranged in the valve chamber at a position corresponding to the valve seat. The drive shaft which is linked with the drive mechanism is arranged on one side of the diaphragm relative to the side of the valve seat.
