An automatic liquid reservoir comprises a ball float valve, a water inlet pipe and a bracket, wherein one side of the bracket is clamped on a lateral wall of an opening of a water container (such as a barrel, a basin and the like) and the other side of the bracket is equipped with the ball float valve which is connected to a water supply network. When no water is contained in the container or the water level is lower than the set height in the container, the ball float valve is turned on and feeds water to the container, and when the water level reaches the set height, the ball float valve is turned off automatically and stops feeding water to the container and water volume of the liquid reservoir is kept automatically to reach the set volume. In case that water supply is cut off from the water supply network, emergency water can be ensured, therefore, the automatic liquid reservoir brings convenience to production and life.
