Summary: | The utility model relates to a hearth structure. A second hearth body extends upwards from the top part of a first hearth body; the second hearth body is communicated with the first hearth body; and the lower end of the first hearth body has a cone structure. The hearth structure has the benefits as follows: according to the design, a hearth is 4 m higher than the common fluidized bed hearth, the residence time of smoke is prolonged, the smoke can stay in the hearth for 3 s, so that a material can be burnt fully in the hearth and is sanitized thoroughly. In order to obtain a certain fluidization velocity, the lower part of the hearth adopts the cone structure. The lower part is cast into a square vertical segment. At the upper part, the cross-section of the hearth is enlarged in order to reduce the fluidization velocity and prolong the combustion time, therefore the combustion is full. |
