The heat pump warming machine includes a heat accumulation water tank, a hot spring pool, a high-temperature sewage tank, a low-temperature sewage tank and a heat pump, wherein the heat accumulation water tank is connected with a hot spring water supply pipe; the heat accumulation water tank is connected with the hot spring pool through a pipeline, and water in the heat accumulation water tank is pressurized by a feed water pipe through a pipeline and connected with a condenser of the heat pump to have heat exchange, and then is connected with the heat accumulation water tank; an overflow pipe of the hot spring pool is connected with the high-temperature sewage tank, a communicating pipe for connection is arranged between the high-temperature sewage tank and the low-temperature sewage tank; and the high-temperature sewage tank has heat exchange with an evaporator of the heat pump via a sewage pump thro
