A multifunctional ozone treatment device comprises a main unit, a mixer and an output unit. The mixer is connected to the main unit, and the output unit is detachably connected to the mixer. The main unit is provided with a casing, an air pump, an ozone generator, a central control unit and a switch, the central control unit can be forcedly started to generate ozone by operating the switch, an introducing opening of the mixer is arranged between a water inlet and a water outlet, and water flowing from the water inlet to the water outlet can start the central control unit to generate ozone. The multifunctional ozone treatment device can utilize water to generate the ozone by either utilizing the mixer or operating the switch, and achieves the purpose of convenience for utilization.
