Provided is an intelligent system for controlling condensate in dehumidifier comprising a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, a seeper tray and a pressure fan, wherein the compressor is respectively connected to the condenser and the evaporator, the seeper tray being arranged at the bottom of the evaporator, the evaporator being connected to the pressure fan, the pipeline of the seeper tray being connected to a water storage tank which is provided with a water level detector, the pipeline of the water storage tank being connected to a water pump, the condenser being provided with an atomizing nozzle therein, the water level detector and the water pump being electrically connected to a controller.
