The utility model relates to a T-shaped folder for intrauterine device, comprising a pedestal and an upper cover. One end in the upper part of the pedestal is equipped with a folded slipway; one end of the folded slipway penetrates one end of the pedestal to form a placed tube bayonet of the intrauterine device and the other end of the folded slipway extends to the other end of the pedestal. Along a relative parallel position of the pedestal, one side of the pedestal is equipped with a standing groove relatively, upright crossed with the folded slipway, wherein a pushing handle inserted hole and a pushing handle clamping groove are arranged at the junction of the upper cover and the upper end of the pedestal; and an intrauterine device pushing handle relatively parallel to the folded slipway is arranged on the inserted hole. The folder has the advantages that two folded transverse arms and longitudinal arms can be inserted in the placed tube quickly and conveniently by adopting the intrauterine device pushing
