An operating lever in the high-reliability isolating switch and a revolving bar of the isolating switch realize transmission connection through a cross joint. The operating lever is installed on a cover board of an electric cabinet and further comprises an outer disk part that is provided with two limit taper holes. The cover board of the electric cabinet is provided with a groove that is internally provided with a spring and a steel ball. The two limit taper holes on the outer disk part of the operating lever are arranged to form a 45-degree angle relative to the circle center of the outer disk part.
